One number sets the price: how much you record.
Every plan has the whole product in it — replay, exceptions, frozen frames, frustration signals, alerts, and the full team workspace. Pick the tier that matches how much you want to record.
Starter
300 minutes included
A single app in active development, or a team seeing what replay is worth to them.
Growth
1,500 minutes included
A shipped app with real users, where sessions arrive daily and someone is on the hook for them.
Scale
5,000 minutes included
Several apps, or one with enough traffic that you sample rather than record everything.
Enterprise
Volume minutes, custom terms
High-volume recording, invoicing, and agreements your legal team can take through their own process.
Every plan is the whole product, starting at $49.
A debugging tool should be at its best exactly when a team is up against a bug. So the only thing we tier is volume — every feature below is on from your first session.
- Full-fidelity session replay, with your real bundled assets
- Exception capture, grouped by type and message
- Frozen-frame detection from real engine frame timings
- Rage, dead and error tap clusters
- Threshold alerts to Slack, any JSON webhook, or email
- Unlimited organizations, client apps and collaborators
- Every signal deep-linked to the exact replay moment
What counts as a minute, and what happens on a busy week.
What counts as a recording minute?
Wall-clock duration of the sessions you upload, summed across every app in the organization. Paused time and replay viewing are both free — you are billed for exactly the time you record.
What happens on a busy week?
Every plan carries an overage buffer above its included minutes, so a spike keeps right on recording. Usage and the buffer you have left are both live in your organization settings, so you can move up a tier before you need to.
Can I control how much gets recorded?
Recording is explicit — it runs only between your own start and stop calls, so you decide whether that's every session, a sampled fraction, or only after someone hits a problem.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, from your organization settings — plan changes go straight through the billing portal and take effect the moment you confirm.
Start on any plan. Change it whenever.
Move up or down yourself, any time, straight from the customer portal in your organization settings.
